Fishing report The winds has been coming out of the SW pretty hard the past day. Those that were able to get out yesterday and today reported small and medium bluefish (especailly active in the morning and evening hours), quite a few short flounder and a few keeper size, and sea mullets.
Jimmy Richardson of Derby, NC caught a nice 16.75" flounder yesterday afternoon on mullet and came by this morning to share his photo. Abby Forcum of Raleigh, NC when out this morning on the "Miss Teresa" with Capt Albert O'Neal and caught spanish mackerel and bluefish. She came by with her largest spanish, 1 pd and 15 oz.John and Rebekah Brown of Whitakers, NC also had a nice catch of spanish inshore yesterday afternoon. Capt Reid Robinson of "Devereux" shared his photo of Barry Ayers and one of his dolphin from this past week.
Inshore reports still include plenty of spanish mackerel and bluefish. Offshore reports include amberjack for those that went out.
