Fishing Report
The last few days have been very quiet as there are not many people here right now. Those few out fishing found large and small bluefish,sea mullet, and flounder.
Bill Wicks of Wilmington, NC had two more nice 8 lb bluefish yesterday morning. Carl Jenkins of Newton, NC had a nice 15.5 inch flounder. Harold Jenkins of Charlotte, NC had a 10.5 lb bluefish yesterday. Frank Palasciano of Harpers Ferry, VA shared his photos of a couple of large bluefish he caught yesterday as well.
Inshore reports still include cobia, spanish mackerel, bluefish and pupy drum. Offshore we have reports of dolphin and triggerfish on the wrecks.
We are expecting the winds to breeze up late this evening, but today should be another beautiful day on the beach.
